- Pest treatment or removal
- Disinfecting or sanitizing claims of any kind
- Exterior windows, roofs, gutters, or heights requiring ladders beyond a step stool
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Construction debris and post-renovation dust removal unless quoted separately
