Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not confirm an appointment. Service is confirmed only after the scope, price, and schedule are agreed to in writing.

Pricing

Quotes are based on the details you provide. If the property condition, size, or scope is materially different on arrival, we'll contact you before continuing so the price and time can be adjusted or the visit rescheduled.

Scope of work

We perform the tasks listed in your confirmed quote. Items listed as not included on our service pages are outside our scope. Additional work can be added by agreement.

Access and scheduling

You're responsible for providing access, parking instructions, and any alarm or entry details needed at the scheduled time. If we can't access the property, we may need to reschedule and a trip charge may apply.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a confirmed appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations may be billed for part of the visit.

Your property and belongings

Please secure cash, jewelry, and fragile or irreplaceable items before a visit. Tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, pets, or anything that should not be touched. If we damage something while working, contact us promptly and we'll make it right.

Payment

Payment is due as stated in your confirmed quote. We do not collect card or bank details through this website.

Photos you upload

Photos submitted with a request are used only to understand the scope and prepare an accurate quote. We don't publish them without your written permission.
