  • Mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or hazardous material handling
  • Pest treatment or removal
  • Disinfecting or sanitizing claims of any kind
  • Exterior windows, roofs, gutters, or heights requiring ladders beyond a step stool
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Construction debris and post-renovation dust removal unless quoted separately
